Hi Don, Note that although you can reinstall WE 9.4 over itself after upgrading to Windows 10, you will need to run Narrator to complete the process. The hotkey to bring it up is Windows-Enter. You can use Narrator to start the download and installation of WE 9.4. Windows-Enter will also turn Narrator off again when you don't need it anymore. Were you to have upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10, Window-Eyes would have come up talking after the upgrade to Windows 10, but that's how it goes. Smile.
