Hi John,

In the WE control panel, in the File menu, you'll find Factory Settings.
Open this, and use the letter O until you find the set files for Office.
Arrow down and up through each package in the list and see which one is
installed.
When you find the one which is installed, tab over to Uninstall and press
Enter to uninstall it.
Then, return to the list of packages, and highlight Office 2007 and then tab
over to the Install button and press Enter to install this package.

Peace and long life,

Rod

Subject: a real puzzle

Hi List,

I installed Microsoft Office 2008 on a new computer. I never noticed it
until now but window-eyes doesn't read out numbers or passwords. As in
passwords made up of letters but not making any word in the world. For
example, zsdreoul Window-eyes won't even attempt to read it in a Microsoft
word document. It will read it in this email, or attempt to read it.

I am definitly puzzled. I've gone through verbosity but can't figure it out.

I updated Office enhanced. Then removed it from the apps list. Still the
same result.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Live long and prosper, John
