Here are three things to check: your internet service provider settings, your E-mail program settings, and your antivirus program settings. Inmy case, I found that my antivirus program was placing mesages in my junk folder. There was no indication that these messages were classified as harmful or infected. Once I reclassified these messages as not spam, I could move them. The settings for my ISP and E-mail programs were not the culprit. HTH.

Subject: how to get things out of junk folder and another limbo folder

For some reason, Thunderbird has decided that some messages, which are
rather large, are junk. This has never happened before. How do I get
them out of the Junk folder, and how do I keep this from happening again?
Also, there are a couple of messages that I thought were accidentally
deleted. No, they were in a sort of limbo folder between Archives and
Junk. Again, how can I get them back into the inbox where they belong?
Thank you. I will hush and go.

Peace.
Linette
