I've always used Avast for everything! I've heard good things about Bulgard and Avira. I've been married to Avast and I don't believe she wants a divorce anytime soon!
It's not particularly accessible using Window-Eyes, but I fault Window-Eyes for that! Once upon a time, I could install almost any app and Window-Eyes rises to the challenge without the need for scripts. Today, it's a different ball game. Be that as it may, I sometimes succeed in making Avast work with Window-Eyes! Of course, I use more than one screen reader.
