I just installed and ran the program, and can find no way to actually
read anything with it. All I see is a tab that says "New York," and that
is all. I'm sure there must be more than that too it, but at the moment,
I'm totally stumped.

something in the way an app must obtain data. Our local repeater is
having the same problem with NOAA. Cortana, Amazon echo and my
