I typically press c to get to the combo box. Then, I press
control-alt-a to turn off browse mode.
After that, I press alt-up arrow before arrowing through the selections
because if I don't, some web pages will automatically turn browse mode
back on after the first time I press one of the arrow keys. This way, I
am able to look through the entire list of options.
