I'm not quite sure, but I tend to download such documents in Firefox rather
than attempting to capture documents within Adobe.

are there two versions of adobe reader?
when i try to save a pdf file with adobe dc there is no speech when i use
save as to save a downloaded pdf manual.
i have to put the mouse in the save as dialog and left click on it to put w
e focus on the dialog. then i can save the file.
