I've ordered a new pc running Windows 10 and have no worries about the
upgrade. I was able to mess around with my room mate's new laptop
running Windows 10 and I had absolutely no issues finding my way
around. Sure, some things are different like the use of the ribbon in
file explorer but that can be worked around. I'm not very good at it
but I can learn.

I don't know where all of the windows 10 bashing got started, but go
ahead and upgrade to windows 10. Its free until July of this year and
unless you have some really old peripherals, they should work just fine
in Windows 10. I'm running Windows 10 on all of our computers and I do
not regret upgrading!
