If you switch to Window-Eyes, you'll really notice a difference, the latest version doesn't say, editbox, it just says edit whenever you're on a field entry. Window-Eyes 9.4.0.0 is the one you should get.

She can't arrow through the title to make changes or use the backspace to tell what has been done. Pressing backspace, though, does erase the appropriate number of characters.
