I am thankful to learn of the many different experiences of listers with
Windows 10 and their reasons for deciding to upgrade. I am equally
interested in learning the reasons that listers have chosen not to upgrade.
I really don't think there is a wrong answer here. We are all responsible
for the decisions we make. I know when I do decide to upgrade toWindows 10,
I will have plenty of help available. Currently, I am one of those who has
chosen to stay with Windows 7 because it is doing what I need. My programs
are working satisfactorily. Obviously, I won't be able to stay with them
forever. We have people who are still on Windows XP and MS word 2003 and
2007 on this list. There is a time for being a trail blazer and a time for
being a follower. We all know that sometimes, the"new and improved" is
actually the "battered and broken."

I agree Evan, but we're not drinking the cool aid. The real question
is, at this point in time, what will ten give me that seven doesn't?
THe latest and greatest isn't necessarily bad, but it isn't always good
either.

Oh, I'm not afraid of it, I just don't see why I should bother if what I

Hello everyone, everyone who is still afraid of windows 10, needs to
understand, that there is no reason not to switch. AI squared, as well as
the folks at NV access, and freedom scientific, I've made the transition
to windows 10 as painless as possible. I use windows 10 on a daily basis,
and have no problems with excess ability. Yes, Microsoft edge is not
accessible, yes, there will be holdouts for people who prefer a Windows 7,
and Windows 7 will be supported until 2020. However, not wanting to
upgrade to windows 10, because a browser is not accessible, it's kind of
silly. I don't know of many applications that will not work with windows
10, as all of the ones that I use, and the ones that I test, run windows
10 perfectly.
The community college that I work at, is finally upgrading to Windows 10.
I assume, that all of the Tennessee Board of Regents schools will be
upgraded.
