Hi i do not get that problem just the not available key.
But since windows 10 my volume for WE does get louder while on IE.

It happens to me about 2 or 3 times a week. What happens more regularly is
that the Eloquence synth changes tone to, it sounds like, my keyboard tone.
Not the volume, pitch, or rate, just the tone. I've been straightening up
the voice change with the redraw hot key and wondering why it is that I have
to do that at all.

Sometimes refreshing the page or closing the ie window will fix it, but
I agree its annoying. I have learned to wait.
