Hi, make sure that your synthesizer is using "default card," which means it will shift as your default shifts. I use many devices, e.g. blue tooth headphones, an Andrea SuperBeam USB powered headset, my speakers which are plugged into my computer, my G930 Logitech headset, and window-eyes keeps up with it as long as "default" device is selected.
