A few weeks ago I noticed I was often not hearing many of the final
sounds on words. I'm using current Window-Eyes, paid version, with
Eloquence Reed. I found it happens with all Eloquence voices but no
other synthesizer. For example, If I listen to the word gift ten
different times about 90% of them is pronounced as gif without the t
sound. Another example, plus is usually pronounced pluh without the s
sound. I have adjusted both the rate of speech and the trigger delay
with no change.
Anyone have a suggestion of how to remedy this?
