Try Access Technology Institute at http://www.blind.training/. I didn't see
anything for Office 2016 yet, but anything for Office 2013 would probably
work well. These tutorials are not free, but they are very good.

Subject: Where can I learn to use Office 365?
Hi.
In particular, I'm interested in learning Excel 2016, but I figure that I
might as well learn all the Office suite of programs. This would help me in
employment.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Have a blessed day and don't work too hard.
