Hi Charlie,

Are you saying it used to say this and no longer does?
Assuming your sound device software is still installed, the only thing that
occurs to me is that the sound device doesn't see a difference between the
state before and after plugging them in.
In this case, you might try plugging it into a different output jack.
Once you get a notification, then plug them back into the jack you want them
in.

Hello, I'm using the latest build of Windows 10.  Whenever I plug in my
speakers, Window-Eyes doesn't say, "notification audio manager, you just
plugged in a device into the audio jack.  What can I do to fix this problem?
