I wouldn't remove synthesizers this way.  For synthesizers such as Dectalk, 
eSpeak or Eloquence they hardly take up any disk space, so just switch away 
from them  and forget you have them. (smile)
Removing files out of the Window-eyes program directory could cause other 
issues.

If  you wish to remove the Vocalizer voices, find the Windows uninstallers 
within the programs and features application, like you would uninstall any 
program.

You go to your C drive, go to program files or program files x 86, go to gw
micro, Window-Eyes then to whatever synthesizer you want like vocalizer.  I
