Hi Casey, Windows 10 and the current version of Window-Eyes works fine with no modifications required. Office 365 is a subscription service which entitles you to always get the current version of Office. For one computer, it costs about six dollars American per month. I have all these things, and I am happy. I use the current version of Outlook as part of Office 365 for my email client with no problems.
