its suppose to be maximized. but so far i haven't had your problems.
the message windows keep going back to the minimized state. i have to keep
maximizing them every time i send a message so i just don't bother with them.
i use to use a w e app called maximizer but gave up on this too because there
were too many windows i did not want to maximize and i would have to configure
the app to not maximize so many windows it wasn't worth it.

Should the window be maximized when replying to messages. I have no problem
replying to your message. If I try to reply to another message after yours,
I'm unable to use the arrow keys and backspace key and have WE speak. I
just tried using the latest version of nvda and it won't speak when I use
the arrow or backspace keys in the body of the message. It has no problem
in typing in the subject.

have you tried re installing the wlm app? maybe the set files it uses are
damaged
there have been times when a re install of apps or set files fixed the
problems
i have had. even though there were no errors while useing the programs.

do you have the wlm app installed? this has the wlm set files included too.
or if you do check that it has not been disabled in the app manager.

Here’s the problem I now have with windows live mail on this new computer.
When replying to my first message after starting we, it works as it should.
Here is where the problem starts. When I go to reply to my second message,

when I back space. When I check to see what set file is loaded, It’s
wineyes.set.
