I don't know how accessible it is with screen readers, but I found a blog post 
from one of the web developers at Ancestry.com who talks about their 
accessibility efforts. Here is an excerpt: "Do our current pages meet all of 
these [accessibility] requirements ? Nope. That's why we've documented them so 
that we can provide structure to this effort and have measurable levels of 
success." 

At least they are aware of the problem and trying to do something about it. 
That's more than we can say about a lot of other organizations out there. Here
