Thanks for that clear and concise statement of the issue. Now that I
know that WE is just doing its job by reporting this window. At this
point, I will cease my grousing on the matter.

Window-Eyes is doing what it's supposed to do. Task Switching is a
window that pops up and gets focus. It's a variation of the Task View
window. So it probably has some sighted purpose. Silencing it would
require a global app.
