I know this isn't about Window-Eyes, but I've tried the pertinent discussion
list, and I guess no one looks at that one anymore.
I'm using the latest version of the KNFB Reader with an I-Phone 6. The
update (version 2.7) came out on the sixteenth. Ever since then, I've been
unable to delete batch-scanned files after I've read them. the only way to
get rid of them is to uninstall the program, and re-install it. I never had
this problem in the fifteen months I've been using this program before, so I
don't think it's me. I've contacted the tech support people, but they
haven't heard of this.
Is anyone else having problems like this? If so, do you have any solution
other than the one I use? Please feel free to contact me off-list if any of
you have an idea.
