Hi Samuel, It sounds like your Internet Security software has flagged Window-Eyes as a key logger threat and is blocking important functionality in the screen reader. We have seen other Internet Security programs do this. You should find out of there is a way to whitelist (exclude Window- Eyes from the list of programs being blocked) in Eset. Best, Marc
