Olusegun,
These hotkeys are tied to a data window which is only applicable when
you have a file open and its data window has focus. So control-Shift-S
Summary and control-Shift-M highlighted text cause no conflict because
neither does anything in a data window. They work normally anywhere else
in Sound Forge.
