HI Jed, Like you, I have had the same issues with TB. However, I think
the focus problem is more widespread than just in TB. I have often
found that when starting a program, TB included, Window-eyes does not
oLoad the appropriate set file. Another example is when I put my win 10
machine into sleep mode, and then restart it, WE is not focused on the
password entry field. I often have to press a key to get the focus
there. Then, another example is that WE will often voice text from a
previously left webb page or from a previously left program. I don't
know if GW is aware of these things but if they are, they have never
indicated that focus issues exist. I could give more examples but
probably not useful.

Hey guys,
OK, well on a win 10 machine, the latest window-eyes, and the latest
thunderbird, it seems my thunderbird focus problem is back.
When i am typing a message, if i go up and down with the arrow keys, it
says nothing.
I have to constantly shift tab from subjet back to the body, and even
then it sort of half focuses. This is completely unacceptable.' Has
anyone else experienced this, and is there any fix at all? This is
literally taking minutes away from every day being productive, and it
shouldn't be happening. Even things like maximizing the windo does
nothing. It'll read a line, then go out of focus. Any ideas?
