Subject: IE11 and news feeds

Hi,

My brother is running Win10 with IE11. Every time he opens his browser, he
gets a message about news feeds. He never subscribed to any feeds and would
like to be able to get rid of this screen. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.

Carol
