Hi Chris, Are you saying that the copy of Window-Eyes which runs at the login screen is still in effect when he opens Outlook right after reboot? Therefore, when he restarts Window-Eyes, the default profile works which has all the necessary settings? In this case, could he not solve his problem by switching to the default profile and install the necessary settings into the login profile as per:
