Hi Chris,

Are you saying that the copy of Window-Eyes which runs at the login screen
is still in effect when he opens Outlook right after reboot?
Therefore, when he restarts Window-Eyes, the default profile works which has
all the necessary settings?
In this case, could he not solve his problem by switching to the default
profile and install the necessary settings into the login profile as per:

Yes, it sounds complicated, but would it not solve the problem?

Hi,
If you are running Windows 7 and don't have a password at start, you can
reload Window-eyes.
You can work around the issue by having a password at start.

Hi:

 

Using office 2007, windows 7.5 and we 9.4

 

After booting my computer and all folders open with no problem, when I open
outlook, there is no mail recognize by we.

There are emails there but we does not recognize them

 

 

And although we is running, when I start we again it now sees the mails

 

This has been going on for some time now, chris addressed the problem
previousley with info to restart we, but, this is not normal.

 

As I mentioned we  starts up with no problem and is running but because no
email recognization, I have to do the restart of we.

 

 

 

Any help?
