Hi Kim, I can only recommend what I use and have found to be the best for the reasons I always offer when asked this question. The current version of Outlook, which comes with an active subscription to Office 365, will always have the best opportunity to be accessible to all screen readers because screen reader developers continually work to make it accessible, as they do for all MS Office products. The most economical subscription plan for Office 365 is Office 365 Personal, which allows you to install the Office suite on one computer only. Here in Canada, I was paying about #6.99 per month for this, although, as of last November, thanks to a black Friday promotion offered by Microsoft, I was able to buy an annual subscription to Office 365 Personal for about $60.00, which comes out to $5.00 per month. This price is pretty hard to beat, and, as I say, it gives you access to the current version of the Office suite of applications. Now, should you need to install Office on more than one PC, then, adding about $3.00 per month to the cost of a monthly subscription will allow you to install Office on up to 5 PCs. Again, you can probably find a deal for an annual subscription as well, since black Friday isn't too far away. Smile
