Sure. But keep in mind that these issues aren't specific to Windows 10 or Office 2016. From time to time, when you first open an Office document, there is a focus issue which prevents Window-Eyes from reading anything. The workaround is to focus the Desktop (press Windows Key+D) and then move focus back to the Office application using Alt+Tab. I also find that Window-Eyes does not always announce the focused item when you open the context menu in Word. The workaround is to go to the next menu item with Down Arrow and then move back up with Up Arrow. You could also use the read current line or speak summary hotkey to announce the first menu item.
