Don, you are reading the info correctly. Edge is still not fully compatible 
with screen readers. I am sure Microsoft and AT manufacturers will send out an 
announcement once Edge is officially supported.

If I am reading the info correctly in the WE 9.5.1 update readme just released 
when the upcoming Win 10 update is released Edge is still not recommended for 
use with a screen Reader as it says that with a screen reader present IE will 
be the default browser.
