I'm guessing you mean windows 7 instead of 7.5, right?
I believe the reason the version number is Window-eyes 9.5.1 is that
there are a lot of internal builds that the public never sees, so if
they're keeping with a version numbering system, there was a version 9.5
that was only
an internal beta, not meant for anyone outside of the developers and
other internal beta testers.
I'm running Windows 10 and haven't had a single issue with installing
and running 9.5.1.0
I would just see how it goes and if you need to, you can always go
back to the previous version.
