Hi Mike.

If Microsoft has kept the shortcuts into twenty sixteen, then all you should
have to do is press Alt-F for file, W for new, and select folder from
something--the ribbon or a drop down menu.

To create a folder on the desktop, all you need do is make certain nothing
on the desktop is currently selected. Control-Spacebar selects and
de-selects the icons. Then the application key or, if your laptop does not
have that key, Shift-F10 will open up a menu. Select folder from there.

hth, and hope I'm right,
Lou N.

Subject: Creating a folder in Outlook 2016

Hi, all. Sorry, but I'm having a brain freeze. I am trying to create a
folder using Outlook 2016 on my laptop running the latest Window-eyes under
Windows 7 home 64 bit edition. I have a saved e-mail folder on my desktop
computer running Windows 10 and the latest version of Window-eyes. But for
the life of me I can't remember how to create a folder that I wish to call
saved e-mail. I have been trying for about five minutes. I just need a
refresh of my memory, smile. I know that when the steps are explained, I'm
gonna think "oh yeah, now I remember, grin. Thanks.

Mike M.
