Thanks to those who provided the steps to create a folder in Outlook 2016 as well as creating a folder on the desktop on my laptop. I got ahold of the Microsoft Accessibility Answer desk. I was told to press ctrl-shift-n. The rep told me that a blank folder is displayed waiting for you to assign a folder name. Anyway, I pressed down arrow until I found the new folder dialog and pressed enter. I named the folder and bingo! I moved the deleted e-mail to the saved e-mail folder. I will keep the e-mails around for reference for a while anyway. Thanks again.
