Thanks to those who provided the steps to create a folder in Outlook 2016 as
well as creating a folder on the desktop on my laptop.  I got ahold of the
Microsoft Accessibility Answer desk.  I was told to press ctrl-shift-n.  The
rep told me that a blank folder is displayed waiting for you to assign a
folder name.  Anyway, I pressed down arrow until I found the new folder
dialog and pressed enter.  I named the folder and bingo!  I moved the
deleted e-mail to the saved e-mail folder.  I will keep the e-mails around
for reference for a while anyway.  Thanks again.
