I believe that if you install all required and critical Windows updates, the necessary update will be included. When I installed the we 9.5.1 upgrade on win 7 pro 64 b desk hp computer after the restart the pc received about 15 errors and would not go to desktop saying something like: bad image then refer to files gwmhook and another ddl after receiving sighted help to close error messages, I had to remove we from program and tried the second time after reinstalling we 9.2 from scratch, with the same 15 errors, how can I resolve this problem?
