I used to use this software call movavi screen capture. The new version are not accessible unfortunately. The thing about it is, there's an border which you can drag with a mouse to tell the software which part of the screen you would like to capture. I am sure other capture software needs that kind to determine where or what to capture. you can try to write to movavi and see if they can provide you the max of version 5. I think its up to version 7 or something now. After capture, you can use the same software to convert to those format, like other video format example.
