this is normal for the first few reboots.
i don't know what you call it. but windows has to rebuild the cache file or is
it a swap file it uses when the computer boots.
like the old hibernation mode where it puts everything that has been loaded
into memory into a cache or swap file?
then it will boot from this file instead of haveing to search the drive for the
files it needs to load before it gets to the desktop.
once this file is created windows will boot faster.
the same thing will happen with windows 8 and 10 if you choose restart from the
shut down dialog. it will dump this file and create a new one. that is why
windows will take longer to boot with a restart then from the normal shut down.

After installing the anniversary update to windows 10 today I notice
that it now takes longer for a reboot and having WE start speaking. I
know that this will vary across machines but wonder if anyone else is
