Hey everybody, my problem with virtualizing the messages worked. .I uninstalled the Outlook Enhance App, reinstalled it, went to the add-ins, disabled whatever add-ins there were, enabled the Outlook enhance add-in, and that's it. Thank you WE tech support. .You guys are amazing!
