Hi Don, You are, I believe, in a setting dialog within Windows 10. Buttons are activated by pressing Enter or spacebar. Wether or not pressing one has an effect depends on the kind of control which is being accessed. You can tab away from it and Shift-tab back to see if anything changes since some of these are toggles. Also, sometimes, such buttons will open up a series of options, which are displayed when you then tab forward through the dialog. Then, pressing Enter on one of these will select that option. Shift-tabbing back to the initial button and then pressing Enter or spacebar again will collapse options which were offered for those types of controls. This is the unique behavior of Windows 10. When adjusting these controls, there is no Ok button with which to close the dialog and confirm the option you selected. In this circumstance, simply use Alt-F4 to close the specific setting dialog.
