Do you use a smart phone? The netflix app is doable.

Subject: RE: netflix accessibility
Hi: I use Netflix but I don't think it is very accessible.
I can pick a show to watch from those listed on the opening web page or
type
something into the search box and often get some listings.
I have to turn browse mode off to tab through the shows to watch and
sometimes they start and other times I have to tab around the page that
comes up and either click play with browse mode on or off, just have to
fiddle around a little sometimes.
I think there are allot more shows to watch than I get in a single web
page
listing but I have not found how to get them but there are allot to choose
through anyway.
I also can turn on browse mode to read around the pages and sometimes can
click something, sometimes I can click a heading and get more listings for
a
category or click the more button to get more choices.
The trick is to scout around with browse mode on and then with it off for
each page you are on and that is about the best I have been able to do so
far.
I have watched many tv shows, hundreds and hundreds of episodes so it can
be
done but it sucks and Netflix nor WindowEyes has come up with a decent
solution in the past few years as accessibility gets worse and worse.
As for pausing and ReStarting there is a button to Play/Pause on the page
that is displayed when a show is playing but it takes a few minutes after
the show starts to appear on the page.
That's all I have for now. What has your experience been trying to use
Netflix lately?

Some time back, they used Microsoft Silverlight which opened within the
browser, and, at that time, I got it to work quite well.
I don't have a subscription right now, and so I am just wondering, does it
still use Silverlight?
Thanks,
Rod

Has anyone had any luck using netflix with WE? I just tried it and I hear
nothing and then a play button, nothing then a play button. Am I missing
something?
