Try that combo twice, or control-insert-Plus twice. Then route the mouse to it.

I know this bhas been covered before, but I can’t remember how to
doit.Occasionally, I’ll get an alert that may be on the screen for a few
seconds and disappears. How can I act on these? I tried pressing Insert+Numpad
Plus and Numpad * for a right-click but that didn’t seem to work.
