Hi Sky, The problem with this point of view is that it overlooks the fact that the umbrella company is sensitive to the fact that, whether one is a user of Jaws or Window-Eyes, they already have had enough difficulty in their lives adjusting to their screen reader. To pull the rug out from under them and arbitrarily discontinue the development of their primary PC interface would simply be nasty, and so I don't think this will happen, not as brutally as people seem to be envisioning it.
