If you are asking about Spybot Search & Destroy, then Yes, it is accessible enough.
You have to use the mousekeys some, but then again, which program now aday does not require you to do so? Also, I find that it is easier to run the different parts of the package, off from the SysTray, instead of trying to operate the main control panel of the package. Go to the SysTray, arrow to the Spybot Icon, and press Shift-F10 or the App-key. Then arrow down to the individual task you are looking for, like Update, Immunize or System scan, and hit Enter. The chosen software will open. Here hit Alt-T for choosing Task, and use the arrow keys to make your selection, before hitting Enter. To read the results, and the progress of the task, you need your mousekeys. Like I said, accessible enough, and mainly does a pretty good job. Just ran a scan this morning, and got an end to some buggy behavior on my system. Please note, I only have tried the free version of the software, cannot speak for any differences in the paid version.
