Pam, bookmarks in chrome are the same as favorites in IE, except you access them a little differently. Press alt, then arrow down once or twice to get into the list, then press B, and that will open your bookmarks menu where you can choose what you want to do. BTW, I have had no problems with the shortcut keys working. I would encourage you to check out chrome. It's worth it. For example, I could not access live audio games on MLB with IE, but with chrome I don't even need to log in or anything. Chrome remembers my password like it's supposed to. All computing should be this easy, though I still use IE for other things. Go for it.
