Hi jeff,
have you tried tw blue, not sure about chicken noughat but the
documentation on tw blue is good and it has a virtual control panel
and on screen one too to choose from much more straight forward.
gYou might find it easier to navigate and control.
it is free and if you google tw blue you should find it, and it works
well with window eyes too.
