Hi Peter. Sky here. I have tested out Window-Eyes 9.5.3 office version with Word 2010. Could you give steps so that we can reproduce the problem please?

For instance, while in Word 2010 or in Windows Explorer, speech output sometimes ceases. An unload and reload of WE most of the times initializes output, but occasionally it fails, and a system restart is required. No error message is given. As mentioned previously, often WE ceases to announce styles while in a Word 2010 document and an unload and reload is necessary to return normal announcement of styles. As mentioned previously by others, the spell word function Ctrl + NumPad 6 fails to read the first character, especially when capitalized. Now, the "browse mode unavailable" message occurs more often.
