Running Malwarebytes here, and installed it off from Ninite a month ago, so would expect it to be the latest version.
For the usage I am doing, yes it is accessible enough. But the interface is quite different from what you have been used to in older software. It is more of a tab-layout. Your mouse-keys are going to ding on you, or only show you one line saying Malwarebytes and the version number. But your Tab key, along with your arrows will help you out. In other words, you will be able to operate it, but expect it to be a learning curve. Yet, the software is free of charge, so why not install it and give it a go. Should you after a couple of weeks decide it is not for you, just get rid of it. It is not heavy on resources, so it won't really harm your productivity, in the trial period. Just a few personal experiences to be shared. Take them for what you feel they are worth.
