Jed,
I'm running Malware bytes Pro on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and all the
buttons talk fine, i.e. Restore default settings enter button.
I don't recall having to do anything to make it accessible. I looked in
the program backup folder for any notes and all I had was a copy of the
email from them which showed how to register it.
You might try Googling something like Malware Bytes screen reader. They
do have support forums.
