Hi Rick:

I can tell you that the Office version of Window-eyes is alive and
well, I use it all the time.
I am also guessibng that that message about picktures being removed is
from an email that you might have opened.  Outlook tends to do that,
it removes pictures, attachments or anything that it thinks are
dangerous.

As for the rest of your problem, I'm sorry I don't have any clue.
