You have to run WE as administrator for those to stick.To do this, tab to 
startup options and hit enter, UAC will appear and click yes, then uncheck the 
two options that appear. Save setting and that should do it.

  Hi if I don't wan window-eyes to load when my computer starts how do I 
  get it to not load up at all?
  I went in to start up options and see where it says global settings and 
  then the check boxes that say start up for all users and run window-eyes 
  never.
  So I select the run window-eyes never.
  And the next time I restart my computer window-eyes comes back up.
  So how do you correct this?
