Hi All,

My company uses Zendesk to manage our phone tree, and customer support
content at this time.  I find zendesk very hard to use.  Does anyone have
any companies that are better with accessibility? Or just better than
Zendesk?

We use Zendesk's content management system to handle our help centers, and
such on our website and in our apps.  I would need accessible ticket
management, and phone call routing as well.

Hi:

Therewas an update to Outlook 2016 and they changed the way you go to the
folder list.

Best way to get to the list when you're looking through the messages is to
hit shift-f6.  That'll put you into the folder list you're used to.
