Unfortunately that sapi 5 DECTALK that comes from over the net is of not so 
good quality like DECtalk32 or dectalk original synthesizers. I tried to make 
it sound like dectalk access32 but without success.

ok back to business, you can install the dectalk sapi 5 and use with 
nvda or any other sapi compatible.
